Location: the hotel was right by a very good Indian restaurant and Pakbeng, right next to the boats and the boats and ferry. I had muesli, yogurt, fruit, and eggs in the morning.

We were offered a neat and simply decorated room with good AC and a comfortable bathroom, for instance. All the staff was very-very nice. The position was good and absolutely perfect, cafés and restaurants are not far from the hotel.

The staff were friendly and gave us great tips. The location was wonderful, right by two restaurants serving local or Indian food and with good river views and the Mekong river and the boat landing piers. We really enjoyed this place!

We stayed at a guesthouse located just 300 m away from the boat arrival, making it very convenient for us. The staff at Dp Guesthouse were incredibly helpful and even helped us change rooms to one closer to the router, as the Wi-Fi was non-existent in our initial room. The beds were also very comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the guesthouse had a nice location, with a view of the Mekong from the veranda, making breakfast even more pleasant. Despite not having the most excellent accommodations, compared to other hotels in the area, Dp Guesthouse offered a good level of service, especially considering the limited options in Pakbeng.

The location of Dp Guesthouse was perfect for our boat trip, just a short walk from the pier. Despite the small room, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We also appreciated the friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and helpfulness.

Stayed one night while on our way to Luang Prabang on a slow boat. Clean and nice triple room. Close to the harbor, making it easy to walk to from the boats. Owners packed our breakfast to go so we could eat on the boat. Comfortable beds, good wifi, powerful shower with hot water, and great Indian restaurant across the road. Thank you!

Database Place is a short walk from the boat drop-off, with economical rates. Good breakfast and they even packed a sandwich for lunch. Highly recommended for backpackers.

New, modern, and conveniently located near the river cruise dock. Friendly staff and delicious, plentiful breakfast packed for boat trips. Well-functioning air-conditioning and secure windows and doors. Nice balcony for watching the world go by.

The rooms at DP Guesthouse are fantastic! They are cozy with a seating area and have air conditioning and free WiFi. Some of the rooms even have extra bathrooms and a clothes rack. I loved the desk in every room, perfect for my business needs.

Personally, I didn't care for the fireplace in the selected guestrooms. But hey, that's just me!
